Fees Our fees reflect the professional services we provide, and are based on
several variables, including size, age, swimming pool, etc. Please contact
us for a quote. We provide a narrative report unique to the property, not just a
checklist. It includes a description of each system, including its
condition, capacity, and life expectancy. We include a maintenance plan
prioritizing repair and maintenance items from items you should have taken
care before moving in, to items you can expect to take care of within the
next few months, one year, five years, and ten years, as well as annual
maintenance items. Our reports take 24 to 48 hours to prepare, giving the
engineers adequate time to review the property and to prepare a quality
report. New homes are not necessarily better than older resale homes. It is
much easier to fix things before the house is "closed up". We offer during
construction quality inspections and prefer to start during slab
preparation, but can step into the process at almost any point. We have
found that the homes we inspect are constructed better than those around
them. We pride ourselves in being licensed Professional Engineers, as well as
licensed Inspectors of Structures, specializing in building evaluation.
When you retain our services you will discover professionalism every step
of the way - from the initial phone call, to the inspection, to the
report, and to any follow-up questions you might have. We offer the most thorough inspection in southern Nevada. Each
inspection is performed by a licensed Professional Engineer, who is also a
Nevada Certified Inspector of Structures, and who is specially trained in
building construction and evaluation. They understand not only the
theoretical designs of your home, but also the practical hands on aspects
of the building components. We encourage our clients to attend the
inspection because we consider our inspection a "mini-seminar" on the
home. |
