Criterium-McWilliam Engineers, LLC offers a variety of educational forums for the real estate community. Charles "Chay" McWilliam, P.E., is the instructor/provider of two continuing education classes approved by the state of Nevada for real estate agents. These two classes, entitled BuildingTalk I and BuildingTalk II, inform the student about how a house or building is constructed from start to finish. The student will gain an understanding of what they are selling, not just how to sell it; this fundamental understanding will improve the real estate agent’s overall selling skills.

We also offer mini-seminars to real estate offices and real estate groups such as the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and the Women's Council of Realtors. These mini-seminars are condensed versions of the BuildingTalk courses and focus on current issues relevant to today's real estate market.
